If your plan is active but it shows "No tips today", no top picks, betslips, or jackpots were published that day — your balance stays untouched and no day is deducted.
No active plan after paying? This happens when you pay the Paybill yourself (Pochi, Till, bank, another phone) instead of approving the M-Pesa prompt. Open checkout for the plan you paid for
(Daily,
Weekly or
Monthly),
choose M-Pesa, tap Show paybill details instead, then paste your whole M-Pesa confirmation SMS into Paste M-Pesa message or type code.
We check it with Safaricom and activate your plan.
