1. Introduction

• 7.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kenya.
• 7.3 If You are a consumer resident in the European Union, You may also refer a dispute to the Online Dispute Resolution platform operated by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
